We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Any signs of wear, use, or damage may result in the return being refused.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Celeste Couture is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
